The opponent we were faced with has forced us to retreat after all. We hoped that all this would pass and that the conference would be on schedule as planned. Still, we are forced to put it off indefinitely. We still hope WordCamp Vrsac will take place this spring, though we are aware that it may be an overly optimistic estimate. In any case, we will notify you of the new conference date.

Welcome

We are honoured to have been given the opportunity to host, for the first time, a global conference on a platform that launches one-third of websites on the World Wide Web. Vršac is a beautiful, vibrant, small town. So is our WordPress community: small, yet one of the most active in the region. During the three years of our existence, we have organised nearly 50 presentations and several workshops. We try to balance the topics, so that the presentations are interesting for those who see the Matrix, as well as for those from other industries. We are also well known for being great hosts, with unparalleled networking. Our intention is to bring that quality and spirit to the conference, at an even higher level.

Everything done for the first time has a special quality, great energy, and is long remembered. We would like you to join us and be with us during that first time. Let’s create the first WordCamp Vršac 2020 together. See you in Vršac in the spring!
