For the fantastic price of only 3,600 dinars (€30), the purchased ticket provides you with access to the main WordCamp Vršac event. This takes place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the Villa Breg Hotel. It also includes the Contributor day workshops on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at the Nikola Tesla Technical School.
Standard tickets
WordPress is open-source software and available to everyone. In line with this, tickets to WordCamp are a lot cheaper than tickets to other tech conferences.
The cost of the WordCamp Vršac 2025 ticket is subsidised thanks to our sponsors and their generous contribution. The standard ticket price for WordCamp Vršac 2025 is only 3,600 dinars (€30) for this two-day event.
Microsponsor tickets
Microsponsorship allows small businesses, freelancers, or WordPress users to contribute to the success of WordCamp Vršac. The price of this ticket is somewhat closer to the actual cost per person. For those who have gained a lot from WordPress, this is a great way to give back to the community.
A micro-sponsor ticket is priced at 12,000 dinars (€100) and it brings you the title of Micro-sponsor of WordCamp Vršac 2025, as well as everything included in the standard ticket. The organizing team will publicly declare you an exemplary citizen of open source and an honorary member of the Vršac WordPress community.
Two-day ticket includes:

Important notes
- Each ticket is valid for one person only. If you bring a guest, they will need their own ticket.
- Tickets are non-refundable. However, it is possible to transfer your ticket to another individual by amending your attendee information. (Ticket transfer does not guarantee a change of ID card.)
- Tickets purchased after September 10, 2025 do not guarantee a pre-printed ID card.
- It is important to us that all participants of WordCamp Vršac 2025 are treated equally, respected, and protected. Therefore, by purchasing a ticket and participating in the conference, you agree to abide by our Code of Conduct.
Recording policy
For promotional and community-building purposes, there will be photographers and videographers at WordCamp Vršac. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to appear in photographs or videos. This policy excludes visitors under the age of 18.
